About Me

Passionate about helping you.

The core of my practice is creating a safe, welcoming space for you—exactly as you are. Building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients is the key to fostering a place for trust, communication, and change.

My sessions are designed around you. No two people who walk through my door are the same—regardless of the challenges you're facing—so I don't believe in a one size fits all fix. I build around this person-centered approach with the mindset of personal choice and fostering the self-worth and confidence needed to make the changes important to you.
